Tag line for FLUID web site

Hi Anastasia,

Good question. Speaking generally, the FLUID project wants to reach
out to designers, developers, and application integrators within
community source software projects. Given that our site is the
primary conduit for communicating the goals and status of the project
more broadly, the audience for it likely encompasses other stake-
holders within community source software and beyond.

Of course I think we all envision that end users of uPortal and Sakai
should not need to be aware of FLUID at all; our software should be
seamless and useful without requiring users to know about the
underlying technologies or design process.
