Sakai UX Lead Interview Team

Hi folks,
As you may or may not know, Mara and Colin asked me to represent  
Fluid on the interview team for the Sakai UX Lead position.

I've been asked to take this on because they want someone who can, to  
some degree, represent both the technical and design sides of our house.

I certainly have my own questions and concerns but I'd like to hear  
from the rest of the Fluid community as to what you'd want to know if  
you were conducting the interview.

Oh, and interviews start next Tuesday. I apologize for the short notice.
